<p dir="ltr"><strong>What's the opportunity?</strong><br /></p> <p dir="ltr">The DoneDeal Sales Team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with professional motor and agricultural sellers. We are now growing our team and recruiting an <strong>Agricultural Key Account Manager </strong>to join our Sales Team and be responsible as our Agri function’s most senior team member to shape DoneDeal’s place within the Irish Agricultural industry.</p> <p dir="ltr"><br /></p> <p dir="ltr">You will act as the most senior point of contact connecting large Agricultural dealers, OEMs, Distributors, and complementary Agri service brands to the hundreds of thousands of farmers on DoneDeal every year, promoting and building our multifaceted and growing advertising solutions. You will coordinate with key business units within the company such as Product, Marketing, and strategy.</p> <p dir="ltr"><br /></p> <p dir="ltr">The team has a target-driven culture and as a Key Account Manager, you will focus on growing DoneDeal’s customer base of Ireland’s premium agricultural industry players.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong><br /></strong></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>What will I be doing?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">As Key Account Manager your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:</p> <ul><li dir="ltr">Build deep relationships with key decision makers to increase and expand on revenue opportunities in:<ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Agri &amp; plant dealers</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">National distributors</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">International Agri brands &amp; manufacturers</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Associated animal health and complementary Agri services</p></li></ul></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">As a senior sales leader help shape the DoneDeal Agri narrative in conjunction with the marketing team.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Contribute to the strategy and business development team to set a foundation for the future growth of DoneDeal within the agricultural space.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Use existing relationships to get DoneDeal a seat at the table within the Agri business community, acting as a spokesperson within the industry representing DoneDeal</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Identify sales opportunities in both our existing client portfolio and through active prospecting, creating reliable forecasts and leading both short and long sales cycles</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Hit and exceed Business and Display sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Have an appetite to learn everything about our newest products and work with the Product and strategy team to develop new outstanding advertising solutions for the farming community.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Be the lead point of contact for any and all classified &amp; display matters related to your designated accounts.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Listen to the needs of customers and the market and share insights with management, product and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Be willing to become an expert in CRM systems (Salesforce a bonus) and Pipeline management effectively and diligently leading your prospects and customer database</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Plan campaigns and successfully develop client accounts creatively which are financially viable for both parties.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Be proactive about resolving client problems relating to classified and display solutions &amp; collaborate closely with group companies re dealer hub solutions.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships and consistently exceed client expectations, ensuring that the client is receiving outstanding customer service. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Job requirements</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>What skills &amp; experience do I need?</strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A deep understanding of the agricultural machinery industry</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">At least 5 years online sales experience</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Validated relationships built with Senior members of the Irish agricultural community</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong sales ability with a consistent track record of hitting targets</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent communication skills along with the ability to collaborate with varied functions</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to craft and build a sales narrative with marketing teams</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Validated experience of leading, developing and maintaining client relationships</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Be a phenomenal teammate</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Knowledge of either the agricultural or motor industries also an advantage</p></li></ul> <div><br /></div> <p dir="ltr"><strong>What’s it like to work here?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">You will have the opportunity to work with one of Ireland's fastest growing Internet companies.
