Our Career mapping process gives all employees at Distilled a clear roadmap that shows what it takes for them to get from their current position to where they want to be. Managers then work with them by giving clear and articulated goals, along with the tools needed to achieve them, to make sure they have what they need to grow.
Women in Distilled have the opportunity to apply for Adevinta's Women in Leadership programme. This is a year-long accelerated development scheme designed to get more talented, high-potential women ready to succeed in leadership roles. Those in the programme have the opportunity to share challenges, experiences and stories with other women in other marketplaces around the world.
People at Distilled are deeply curious and we are lifelong students. We're honest about what we don't know and actively seek ways to close any knowledge gaps. Our managers work with the team to create career and personal development plans and we offer training and tuition reimbursement. Once a learning programme has been completed, we make sure the skills and knowledge gained are utilised and shared.
