So we’re looking for an upbeat and enthusiastic candidate to bring a new perspective to making buying and selling better for everyone.</p> <p dir="ltr"></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Why is it an important role?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">The Pro Motor Team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with passenger car &amp; commercial dealers across Ireland. You will act as a key point of contact to help connect Motor Dealers to the hundreds of thousands of visitors to DoneDeal and Adverts.ie every year promoting our classified advertising solutions and Dealer Display solutions. You will also coordinate with other key business units within the company such as Product and Marketing. The team has an intensively target driven culture with a key focus on retaining and growing your allocated customer base, while also identifying and winning new prospects.</p> <p dir="ltr"></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>What will I be doing?</strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Build successful relationships with key decision makers to increase and expand on revenue opportunities.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Identify sales opportunities in both our existing client portfolio and through active prospecting</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Hit and exceed Business and Display sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work at pace - having the confidence to make decisions,</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Be able to manage your own prospects and customer database</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Be the lead person for all classified and display matters related to your designated accounts.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Listen to the needs of customers and the market and share insights with management, product and marketing teams.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Completely understand our product portfolio and be able to tailor our products to fit the needs of each particular customer</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Be willing to become an expert in CRM systems (Salesforce a bonus) and Pipeline management.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Create reliable forecasts and be able to manage both short and long sales cycles</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Be willing and able to complete the admin required on your accounts.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Plan campaigns and successfully develop client accounts creatively which are financially viable for both parties.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Be proactive about resolving client problems relating to classified and display solutions &amp; liaise with group companies re dealer hub solutions.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and consistently exceed client expectations, ensuring that the client is receiving superior customer service.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Job requirements</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>What skills and experience do I need?</strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">At least 3 year sales experience. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong sales ability with proven track record of hitting targets</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent communication skills along with the ability to collaborate</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proven experience of managing, developing and maintaining client relationships</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">The ability to collaborate, and work as a team</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Knowledge of either the agricultural or motor industries also an advantage</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Be goal focused and results orientated - influencing the critical key result</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Master of communications, positive, tenacious, hard-working, and curious doer who makes data-led decisions in order to drive impact.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You love to get things done and drive a significant commercial impact.
