Alan's passion for people can be traced back to his pre-professional days when at a young age was a coach to the Irish Freestyle kayaking team. Developing others and seeing others succeed was the key reason he got into leadership and sales management. Although from Dublin, he would've spent a lot of time surfing on the West Coast but now you're more likely to find him on a golf course than on a surfboard. Becoming a father in 2019 has given him a new perspective on life, as well as a new challenge! Prior to Distilled, Alan spent a collective 10 years in classified advertising and digital sales. Joining Distilled in 2016, Alan quickly progressed to Team Lead, Sales Manager and now is Head of Sales in DoneDeal and Adverts.ie. Although a twice finalist as Sales Manager of the Year, his proudest professional moment was winning a team award for Best Sales Enabled Performance in 2022.

Dave is from South Dublin and spent the early part of his 20s traveling the world before buying a home across the road from where he grew up! This is where he now lives with his family. Dave’s biggest passions are cooking for family and friends, trying to recapture the form of his 17 year old golfing self and more recently becoming an avid runner since the lockdowns. Dave has been working in a Sales environment over 15 years and in Sales Management the last 7 years. Dave has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from TU Dublin.

Paul has been with Distilled for nearly 4 years and loves what he does. He has 20 years experience in sales and sales management, working in Telecoms, Financial and different advertising media's. He joined Distilled as a Buiness Development Manager with Daft and was quickly promoted to Business Development Team lead within 8 months, and earlier this year he was promoted to Sales Manager with Daft. In his own words he says "I love working for Distilled and I love the family culture we have". Paul is from South Dublin and lives in Tallaght with his wife and two children. Paul loves the GAA and Dublin football, his wife is from Mayo which always makes for an interesting day when Dublin plays Mayo! C'mon the Dubs!

Hi I am Tom!

Joe is from County Wexford where he lives with his Partner and kids. Before joining Distilled in 2018, Joe worked for various IT Service Providers supporting hundreds of Business across Ireland and accumulating over 20 years of experience in IT Systems and Support. Joe currently manages the IT Operations team which is responsible for internal network & IT security and providing for all the day to day IT needs to Distilled’s staff. This can involve anything from rolling out new systems, hardware/software procurement and on occasion, asking them the infamous question:  “have you turned it off and an again?”
