Cork - Kerry: Outreach Care professionally supports men and women who has and who are experiencing drug and alcohol addiction.
Through professional networking and of a multidisciplinary team we aim to support the most vulnerable in our society along with their families by delivering a proficient service. Our priority is to assist people who are merely surviving life to reclaim a positive and healthy lifestyle.
Our outreach care is comprised of people that have overcome addiction and are well on the road in recovery one day at a time.
