The HR Team got involved in the new CSR offering from Distilled by organising a Walking challenge in aid of The Parkinson's Association of Ireland. They mapped out a distance of 334km, stopping off (virtually) at each of the team's houses
This was a personal and rewarding challenge in memory of Dara's Dad, Michael, who passed away from Parkinson's, and in support of Joanne's Mam, Joan, who is currently living with Parkinson's.
HR is a small team, but on May 14th they surpassed their fundraising target and along with the company matching (thank you Distilled!) they raised €5,340 for the Parkinson’s Association of Ireland.
It was a great team bonding experience (virtually) and a great feel good factor in supporting a charity so close to their hearts.
