Our colleague, Alex Pishcheiko, is a founding member of the registered charity, Ukrainian Action in Ireland, which was set up in response to the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine with the aim to help Ukrainians in need and to foster Irish-Ukrainian friendship.
To mark 2 years since the invasion, Alex and her team set up a fundraiser to buy medical evacuation vehicles for paramedics on the frontline, with the goal to raise €20,000.
Distilled made a donation of €2,500 towards the fundraiser which meant that the team reached their target and were able to purchase the desperately needed support vehicles.
